Dotenum Softwares Private Limited operates dotenum.com and provides AI engineering and software-development services. Our registered office location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

This policy covers the public website, business communications, and careers or independent-partner applications sent to Dotenum. A client project may also be governed by a separate agreement that describes project-specific information handling.

When you email us, you may provide your name, work email address, telephone number, company details, project requirements, and other information you choose to include.

If you apply for a published opportunity, you may also provide a LinkedIn profile, primary market, professional experience, information about your network, and how you source opportunities. Dotenum does not ask for identity documents, bank details, tax identifiers, or date of birth during the initial application.

Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security data. Dotenum does not currently use a separate analytics, advertising, or session-recording tool on this website.

We use information to respond to enquiries, understand requirements, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, maintain business correspondence, evaluate applications and potential partnerships, communicate with applicants, and operate or protect the website.

Dotenum also sends marketing and promotional communications to business contacts. You can ask us to stop by replying to a message or emailing [email protected]. A project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a separate newsletter.

The website currently uses email links rather than a website form. Enquiries and applications are delivered to Dotenum’s GoDaddy-provided email mailbox. The founder has access to this mailbox.

Dotenum does not copy website enquiries or careers applications into a CRM, applicant-tracking system, spreadsheet, or another internal system.

Cloudflare provides the website’s static hosting through Cloudflare Pages, authoritative DNS, HTTPS, content delivery, and associated network services. GoDaddy provides Dotenum’s business email service.

These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Providers used for a client project are determined separately and are not necessarily providers for the public website.

Dotenum does not automatically submit public website enquiries to an AI model. AI technologies are used when developing AI services for clients.

Depending on a project, Dotenum may work with OpenAI services or self-hosted models. The selected technology, permitted information flows, infrastructure, access, retention, and other data-handling requirements are established for the individual engagement.

Cloudflare, GoDaddy, and providers selected for individual projects may process information in countries outside India. The location and safeguards depend on the relevant provider and service arrangement. Dotenum does not represent that all information remains in India.

Dotenum ordinarily retains enquiries and proposal correspondence for 30 days. Correspondence associated with a completed project is ordinarily retained for 15 days after the project ends.

Careers and independent-partner application information is retained while the opportunity and related discussions are being reviewed. If no engagement proceeds, the application is deleted after that review concludes. If an applicant enters a written engagement, relevant records may be retained under that agreement and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Information may be retained for longer where required to meet a legal, accounting, contractual, dispute-resolution, or security obligation. When information is no longer required under the applicable period or obligation, the founder is responsible for deletion from the Dotenum mailbox.

Access to business enquiries is restricted to the founder. Dotenum uses established service providers for website delivery and email and considers project-specific security requirements before client work begins.

No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send passwords, API keys, sensitive production data, or confidential customer records in an initial enquiry. Read Our Approach to Information Security for more information.

You may contact [email protected] to ask about personal information held by Dotenum or request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal from promotional communication, or another applicable privacy right.

The founder handles these requests and may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the requester is the person concerned or is authorized to act for that person. A request may be limited where retention or other processing is required by applicable law or an existing obligation.

We may revise this policy when the website, services, providers, or information-handling practices change. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page.
